lal. i admit im not that into music so i dont know that many bands...i hadnt even listened to iron maiden before you mentioned them

mainly though i listen to music in order to keep from getting bored when i train. ive been listening to 5 metallica albums over and over for the past 2 years or so =\ along with some pantera and nirvana......and petrucci's Jaws of Life....which always makes me think of my part of the OA movie ;D...i always see myself killing people in JK2 when i listen to that song. lols.

Xho, listen to Run to the Hills from Iron Maiden. Classic and i think you'll like it. I dont give examples of the other bands i mentioned cuz they're way to heavy for your ears. They'd make em bleed you know..

gahh. i r angry'd because i cant post about Carcass and Morbid Angel as i havent heard them yet . but im gonna listen to some of their stuff tomorrow and tell you what i think then. and arrrrrrrr yeh i have to try some more iron maiden also. i listened to Run to the Hills, but i probably wont again if only because its not the kind of thing i can run to. i think that if i was just listening to music for the sake of enjoyment, you know, i would like it more.

Carcass and Angel CANT be worse than that caveman shit you posted a while ago...cannibal corpse or something...

ill start listening to more stuff this summer, that is, when i have lots of free time. hahar i remember we said last spring we'd be playing a lot that summer.

Oh man, if you cant listen to Iron Maiden (which is a metal legend and doesnt have those kind of "caveman" vocals Haha) then dont even try Morbid Angel or Carcass....

Morbid is old school metal and yeah, he uses gutural voice, on of the best IMO. They have low tuned riffs (Like 7 stringed guitars dropped to A), anti religion and society issues lyrics.

Carcass, lol, its bloddy gore, autopsies, open sugeries and all that kind of stuff in lyrics. Riffs are a bit faster and they are also grind metal legends.

Sooooooooo... i guess any of you is up for metal, even if it doesnt have gutural or blackish vampiric screams, so um... stick with niggas music aka Hip Hop and umm.. rock pop. Lulz.

Xho, if we go back to where metal started, listen to black sabath (paranoid, ironman, black sabath..just saying some classics, listen to paranoid first), also listen to Led Zeppelin (KASHMIR**awesome song**, black dog, achilles last stand, the rover, and its classic stair way to heaven), Judas Priest ( newer and heavier band). There are lots, but the first two are like, mainly how it started.
