Sad Face!

I am really sad face because the application forum is closed.

I saw the server and I thought you guys are back, which you are.

I've spoken to Hisir and he said I should apply and then he left the server.

I tried to apply but noticed it's locked and I cannot reach Hisir.

So I decided to write here what is hapenning and I asked Pugna if I am allowed to post something like this here, he said it's alright!
